2018 Info from main page.The CMC-South conference brings together mathematics educators and administrators at all levels to beautiful Palm Springs. The conference provides workshops and sessions that provide professional development opportunities with first rate presenters. In 2017, we had 3023 paid attendees. This was about 400 less than we had in 2016. But we are hoping that it was because of the date change that caused this burp. The exhibit hall had 100 exhibitors and filled 123 booths (same as in 2016).
Commercial exhibits and displays are located in the Palm Springs Convention Center. Our participants appreciate the opportunity to view (and purchase) the latest products and speak directly to company representatives. If your company sells educational school-related materials or provides a service to educators, please consider participating in our conference.
If your company wants more than 4 booths, please reserve your booths by May 31st, we will adjust the floorplan to accommodate YOUR reservation.

- A) $750 with furniture (a savings of about $200)
- B) $650 with no furniture
BADGE NAMES
Please use the Google doc badge collector we have created for use this year. Submit names by October 31st. We will have all badges ready for pick-up at the conference. Each booth gets 4-Exhibitor Badges, these badges are NOT for the conference program, only for the exhibit hall (it will get you into the exhibit hall before the hall is open). We will have a printer at the conference to make changes to any badges you need made.
Attendee Mailing List . . . $250
If you would like to purchase the registered attendee mailing list (includes email and street address) the cost is $250. Contact Judi Sydner-Gordon. The mailing list Request and Restricted Use Agreement will be posted here soon. You can send two messages using this mailing list (both via email, both via regular mail, one via email and one via regular mail....!)
Exhibitor Sponsorship Options (NEW)
This year there may be options for our exhibitors to sponsor some of our events. Please download the Sponsorship information form and application here and return it to Ilene Foster. Sponsorships start from $500....make sure to look this document over for all opportunities to support our conference and highlight your company.
Raffle in the Exhibit Hall
We are having the raffle again in the exhibit hall and at our affiliate luncheon. Thanks to everyone that made a donation last year! If you would like to make a donation to the 2012 conference just click to go to our Wufoo collecting site. All attendees get raffle tickets with their registration, so we will make sure they come into the exhibit hall!
Exhibitor Showcase (full)
This was new in 2011. If you would like to showcase your products during breaks and lunch. I am providing (free) booth space for at a first-come-first-assigned system. I am thinking the sessions will be around 15 minute, but it depends on vendor interest levels. The booth will have a presentation table and about 15 seats.
