The CMC-South conference is November 14 & 15. It is located at the Palm Springs Convention Center and CMC is grateful that you have decided to support our wonderful event.
To make sure you are ready please go through this checklist:
Raffle Coupon: Don't forget to bring a box or jar to collect the raffle tickets. The tickets were mailed to all the attendees with their registration materials. Be ready to scan badges when they drop off their tickets. If you have not designated a time for your ticket pull, do that now so we can make a sign for your booth. RAFFLE TIME
Lead Retrieval Service: If you have signed up for the Raffle Coupon or Lead Retrieval Service, please make sure you download the app, Cvent LeadCapture and have your handheld device ready to go. IF you want to purchase the lead retrieval service, please go to the Exhibitor Extra page to sign-up. We only have a few contracts available.
Move in is Thursday, November 14 from 2:00-7:00PM
Cartload service is about $83 through GES. An easy way to get up to 200# of materials to your booth. Reminder that large carts are not allowed on the floor.
Friday morning the move-in is 6:30 - 8:00. Doors will open at 8:00 for all attendees.
