Show Decorator & Exhibitor Kit

This year, our show decorator is Innovative Expo. The Exhibitor Kit will be sent via email to the MAIN CONTACT for your booth. The email communication will come from service@innovativeexpo.com. Please be sure you have allowed this email as a trusted sender to ensure you receive all communication from our Decorator.

Within the Exhibitor Kit, you will find quick links (along the left menu) for Electricity, A/V equipment, dedicated booth WiFi, and other important information and forms.

Exhibit Hall Floor Plan

We are hard at work constructing the best layout and floor plan for this year's conference. We will be sure to let you know when this is available to view.

Exhibitors will be contacted for booth selection starting August 15th, 2022. The order is based on total number of booths and date of initial register.

Booth Options and Locations

Commercial Exhibits and displays will be located in the Oasis Ballroom I & II in the Palm Springs Convention Center. Classroom teachers and other educators appreciate the opportunity to view and purchase the latest products and speak with company representatives. Therefore, we would like to encourage your company to exhibit instructional materials, including textbooks, kits, programs, computer software, personal items, financial services, and literature which are appropriate for students and teachers.

We are offering two options for ordering booths this year. If you are reserving more than two booths, please reserve by August 15th to ensure we are able to modify the floor plan to include your booth.

Booth selection will begin on August 15th. The order for selecting your location is based on (1) the number of booths purchased, and (2) the date of your initial reservation. The sooner you can reserve your booth, the sooner you can select your location in the Exhibit Hall.

Ad Space Information

You can find the full Program Advertising guidelines and information document here. Below is a quick summary. We are able to offer Black & White and full color advertising as well as full page ad space. If you want to modify your Booth Reservation to include Ad Space or change the sizing of the ad package you've selected, please contact us at  cmc.south.exhibits@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Ads should be submitted via email to Lauren Johnson at Lauren.Johnson07@gmail.com. We recommend you send your ad in the original file format as well as .png. Please send the highest resolution file type possible when submitting your advertisement.

The last day to submit ads for print is September 8, 2022.

Booth Staff & Speakers

You will have the opportunity to make changes to the list of Staff you are maintaining in your booth. If someone from your organization is also a speaker for the Conference, they will be able to enter the Exhibit Hall during Exhibition Hours only. IMPORTANT NOTE: If any of your booth staff are also speakers, they will need to be registered as speakers by following this link to the main Conference page.

Hotel Information

Information for the hotels associated with the conference can be found at the link below. Please ensure if you plan to secure a hotel room you do so as soon as possible as they tend to fill up quickly.
