2017 Conference October 27 & 28
The CMC-South conference brings together mathematics educators and administrators at all levels to beautiful Palm Springs. The conference provides workshops and sessions that provide professional development opportunities with first rate presenters. In 2016, we were up by 1,000! We had 3,729 paid attendees. The exhibit hall had 100 exhibitors and filled 123 booths.
Commercial exhibits and displays are located in the Palm Springs Convention Center. Our participants appreciate the opportunity to view (and purchase) the latest products and speak directly to company representatives. If your company sells educational school-related materials or provides a service to educators, please consider participating in our conference.
If your company wants more than 4 booths, please reserve your booths by May 31st, we will adjust the floorplan to accommodate YOUR reservation.

Conference Installation/Set-up Information
Thursday (10/26) Exhibit hall will be open from 2 - 7 PM for set-up
The exhibits are located in Oasis II and III of the Palm Springs Convention Center. There are 2 entrances and exits into the Exhibit Hall.

The decorator for our show is GES (Global Experience Specialists). They have been handling our conference for the past 5-years. If you registered for a booth, you should have received their kit which includes ordering electricity, extra furniture, etc. This is also the site that will handle any large shipments of materials. ORDER BY OCTOBER 13, 2017 FOR BEST PRICING ON FURNITURE AND ELECTRICITY!
When you reserve your booth space you can also order the Mailing List, purchase an AD, BECOME A CONFERENCE CONTRIBUTOR, or sign-up for the Exhibitor Raffle Coupon activity. Payment can be made at one time for all these items by check or online payment.
4-free Exhibitor Badges per booth ordered ($50 for each extra badge). Link to badge collector will be activated at a later date. Email to all registered exhibitors will be sent with Badge info.
We will print badges onsite.

If the hotels on our official site are full, I recommend that you contact local hotels in the area to make reservations for this weekend (Courtyard by Marriott and Extended Stay are walking distance). Check the link below to local hotels suggested by the Palm Springs Convention Center. There are many hotels in the Palm Springs area.
