2012 CMC-South Information for Prospective Exhibitors

The CMC-South conference brings together mathematics educators and administrators at all levels to beautiful Palm Springs the first weekend of November each year. The conference provides workshops and sessions that provide professional development opportunities with first rate presenters. In 2011, we had over 2,300 paid attendees. The exhibit hall had 91 exhibitors and 120 booths occupied.
Commercial exhibits and displays are located in the Palm Springs Convention Center. Our participants appreciate the opportunity to view (and purchase) the latest products and speak directly to company representatives. If your company sells instructional materials (including textbooks, software, technology, games, posters, kits, etc) or provides a service to educators, please consider participating in our conference.
Booths are $500 with no furniture, or $600 with furniture. Information can be downloaded below. The convention center in Palm Springs is carpeted, and all booth prices include the pipes and drapes and a small sign.

The conference is scheduled for November 2 & 3, 2012. The exhibits are located in Oasis II and III of the Palm Springs Convention Center. There are 3 entrances and exits into the Exhibit Hall. The picture to the right is 2011 floorplan with vendor names.
Exhibit Hours are:

• Friday, November 2nd - 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
  
• Saturday, November 3rd - 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

Booth Set-up Hours:

• Thursday, November 1st - 2:00 pm - 7:30 pm
  
• Friday, November 2nd - 6:30 am - 8:00 am

Conference Sessions: 

• Friday - 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
  
• Saturday - 8:30 am - 4:45 pm

IF you paid for the furniture package ($600) when you applied, ou will get a draped 8' table, 2 chairs and a wastebasket. If you need other furniture, just order from GES.
